3 | Planning under uncertainty

The module provides participants with simple tools for realistic planning, effective expectation management, and progress in projects - even when there is low visibility and high uncertainty about the solutions and resources from the start.

To create a "logical project plan" that ensures the production of something valuable while continuously reducing relevant uncertainties.

To break down the project plan into specific and well-defined tasks that can be timeboxed and integrated into everyday work.

Simple methods for making realistic time estimates.

Micro-dosing for a busy working life

The participant fee is calculated based on the total number of registrations for a module, regardless of how many sessions the participants are spread across.

Who trains?

Lise Balstrup has a strong track record in leadership, development and project management. Lise has a degree in chemical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Heini L. Hansen has 20 years of international leadership experience. Heini has a degree in civil economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen. He has also completed leadership courses at MIT, Harvard and Berkeley in the US.
