Master Class | Project simplification

Learn to streamline your initiatives so that you only work on what creates value

In this Master Class, participants will learn how to simplify and define the scope of their projects so that they only work on what will create value. The methods also ensure that you efficiently start your projects and avoid getting derailed along the way.
Modules
w
1 | Minimize scope, maximize outcome
The module provides participants with an efficient model and method to minimize effort and maximize the outcomes of your initiatives and projects. This means that you can quickly reap benefits by focusing only on the scope that will create value.
Participants learn:
E
To define the business objectives that a project should contribute to.
E
To prioritize value-based, ensuring that the project is streamlined and includes only the essential parts necessary to realize the benefits.
w
2 | Clear project description
The module provides participants with a simple template and method to create a clear and purpose-driven project description that can prevent scope creep and keep the project and stakeholders on track during execution.
Participants learn:
E
To describe a project unambiguously, in order to avoid scope creep, gaps, and misunderstandings.
w
3 | Planning under uncertainty
The module provides participants with simple tools for realistic planning, effective expectation management, and progress in projects - even when there is low visibility and high uncertainty about the solutions and resources from the start.
Participants learn:
E
To create a "logical project plan" that ensures the production of something valuable while continuously reducing relevant uncertainties.
E
To break down the project plan into specific and well-defined tasks that can be timeboxed and integrated into everyday work.
E
Simple methods for making realistic time estimates.
Micro-dosing for a busy working life
This Master Class is designed according to Benelizer's principle of "microdosing", where participants receive precisely the tools that will have the greatest impact on their specific challenge in a short period of time. This allows for the training to be easily integrated and absorbed when it is most needed.

The balance between operations and development can be difficult to achieve. We wanted to be able to execute more projects without affecting our operations.

Benelizer has taught us how to optimize our gains for our projects and provided us with simple and efficient tools, which allows us to complete more important projects. We have become much more efficient, have a better overview, and find it more motivating to work on projects.

I have been extremely pleased with the collaboration, and Benelizer has been excellent at adapting their solutions and efforts to our reality. We could not have come this far without Benelizer.

Benelizer has taught us to focus on the project gains and make our projects smaller and easier to implement. Our project managers have been given some simple tools that make it easy to define the projects, so that it is clear what is in scope and what is out of scope.
