They receive an email with a link to an online app where they qualify the idea based on a set of criteria that can be assessed on a scale. It makes it easy to answer and at the same time ensures valid assessments that can be easily compared across project ideas.

The result of the assessments is displayed on the interactive Score Map, where the ideas are automatically placed based on the expected value and likelihood of success. The ideas in the green area have a high expected value and a high likelihood of success. These are the ideas you need to focus on. The ideas in the red area, do not require more time and energy.
