According to a fixed template, the participants present the external requirements, trends or changes that in the coming period will have an impact on the company.

All participants individually and independently score the impact and probability for each future scenario.

The first part of the workshop concludes with a mapping of the future scenarios, which most likely will impact the company.

According to a fixed template, the participants present what the company should be particularly good at, what should characterize the company and how the company should stand out from the other players in the market.

All participants individually and independently score the competitive value and current performance for each characteristic or competence.

The second part of the workshop concludes with a mapping of the characteristics that the company must focus on to improve it's competitiveness as much as possible.

3 | Execution Map (How)

According to a fixed template, the participants present ongoing projects and which above focus area they support.

The projects that support areas with high competitive value and where the company today performs unsatisfactorily are the projects that the company must not lose its grip on.

The projects that support areas with low competitive value must be stopped or paused, as resources are not unlimited.
In addition, it is identified which focus areas are missing supportive initiatives (Execution GAP).

For the critical, ongoing projects, participants individually and independently score the health status and progress of each project.

The third part of the workshop concludes with a map of the critical projects that need to be allocated attention and resources to increase the likelihood that the company will develop in the desired direction and reaches it's strategic goals.
