Master Class | Value-based prioritization

Learn to prioritize, make tasks smaller and hold efficient meetings

In this Master Class, participants learn how to make tasks and initiatives as small as possible and eliminate tasks and initiatives that do not create value. They also learn how to hold more effective meetings by prioritizing decisions. This ensures an organization where time is not wasted on unimportant matters. The methods guarantee immediate impact when implemented by employees.

E
A robust model for "value-based prioritization" to quickly assess which tasks should be selected or discarded
E
How to use the four thinking caps in the C-A-R-E model (Copy-Alternatives-Reduce-Eliminate) to make every task as small and actionable as possible.
w
2 | Efficient meetings
The module provides participants with concrete tools to streamline meetings and involve others, making it quicker and easier to make well-informed decisions.
Participants learn:
E
How to communicate clearly about purpose and benefits, so that meetings do not result in unnecessary extra work
E
To hold shorter and better meetingsby actively using criteria as a working tool
E
To hold efficient meetings where better decisions can be made more quickly
Micro-dosing for a busy working life
This Master Class is designed according to Benelizer's principle of "microdosing", where participants receive precisely the tools that will have the greatest impact on their specific challenge in a short period of time. This allows for the training to be easily integrated and absorbed when it is most needed.

Projects are growing, and it is very easy to come up with new ones. And the more people involved, the greater the risk. Therefore, it is important to have a common language that can ensure efficient allocation of resources and good prioritization, even when many employees are involved.

We were able to implement this quickly at Ritzau because the way of thinking and the method are simple, and communication is very clear. It was easy to understand, obviously true, and everyone was on board right away.
