Lise Balstrup has a strong track record in leadership, development and project management. Lise has a degree in chemical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Heini L. Hansen has 20 years of international leadership experience. Heini has a degree in civil economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen. He has also completed leadership courses at MIT, Harvard and Berkeley in the US.

To a high degree

With Benelizer's method, you learn how to eliminate all elements that will not create value for the company. This means that you will avoid spending your efforts on the wrong things.

To a low degree

An external project manager will often be preoccupied with "hearing everyone", "accommodating interests" and "getting everything involved". The project will not improve from this approach, on the contrary, the "sum of all interests" will make the project both worse and more expensive, because it removes focus from the gains that the project must realize.

Executability

High

Benelizer's method ensures that you never spend time on the parts that are not possible to execute. This ensures that you complete the project and realize the benefits.

Moderate

An external project manager will often not be able to take into account the executability of the project. Often there will be an expectation that an external project manager can "make it happen". Reality, however, is hard to get around, and lack of realism can quickly be confused with lack of ambition.

Ownership

High

Benelizer® Operationalization Workshop ensures high ownership, as participants learn to take responsibility for the project's value creation and executability as well as to organize the work efficiently so that the project is in progress. At the same time, there will be a high level of ownership from the organization, as the reasons for prioritizations are clear.

Low

An external project manager will often act as "secretary / coordinator / ambassador" and not take full responsibility for the project's gains or be able to prioritize continuously according to value and executability. The lack of clarity of goals and priorities will also often result in a lack of ownership from the organization.

Time-to-market

Short

Benelizer's method ensures the shortest, most logical, most efficient and most value-creating path for the project. This means that you are certain to reach the finish line and realize the gains.

Long

An external project manager will often use an investigative method. This means that a lot of work and many decisions have to be run by "a committee" - often with the result that the project is prolonged and the gains are not realized.

Use of resources

It only takes a few hours to learn Benelizer's simple methods. You learn not to spend time on the wrong thing, to cut away anything unnecessary og to work efficiently. The method teaches you to focus and will save you many hours of pseudo-work as well as loss of value-creating work.

Inefficient

An external project manager will not have the same level of knowledge to work on the project. The methods will often be based on investigations, negotiations, meetings and a fixed project model. This often means unnecessary extra work for both the project manager and the organization.
